winter sport

                            Hi Bloggers


Today I am going to talk to you about my winter sport. For my winter sport I do hockey. It is pretty amazing to do winter sport because you get to verse other schools in winter sport. The best thing about winter sport is that you get to play it.

In basketball I have a good team to work with. The first game we won and the second game we also won but we weren't so lucky. The best thing about basketball is that you have a team to work with and you get to play the game too.

This year I have learnt my x tables and my percentages too and on my prototec basic facts I got them all right on it and it only took 1 minute. I have got a lot of my work done this week so far and I am going to try and do even better next term.

    Hi Lilly,

    I think its awesome that you are enjoying sports so much with other schools. Not only is it a good chance to get out and about but to also learn new skills. Basketball is also another great game and it sounds like you are learning some great new skills with this as well. When we talk about basic facts I think of knowledge of both addition, subtraction, multiplication and division. Usually the harder ones to learn are division problems. My question for you is 'do you know your division facts for the 6 - 10 times tables ?' If not how are you going to learn them ?
